  • We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days

  • Investigate and respond within 10 business days

  • All correspondence will be recorded and kept for 12 months

  • If escalated, your case will be reviewed by the Privacy Officer within 5 business days

8. Overseas Disclosure

We will not disclose your Personal Information to overseas recipients unless:


(a) You expressly request us to do so; and

(b) You acknowledge those recipients are not bound by the Australian Privacy Principles, and we are not liable for any misuse
