1. Promoter and Promotional Period

1.1 The “FTW PERKS FEBRUARY Giveaway – Prize Pack Promotion” (“Promotion”) is conducted by FTW PERKS PTY LTD (ABN 62866929573), of 5930 Obley Road, Yeoval NSW 2868, trading as FTW PERKS (“Promoter”).

1.2 The Prize Pack Promotion commences at 7:00am AEST on Monday, 2 February 2026 and closes at 7:00pm AEST on Friday, 27 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

1.3 Weekly Draw Entry Periods:

(a) Week 2 Prize: Entries close 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 13 February 2026

(b) Week 3 Prize: Entries close 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 20 February 2026

(c) Week 4 Prize: Entries close 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 27 February 2026

1.4 Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who are current FTW PERKS members at the time of the prize draw, excluding residents of South Australia due to regulatory restrictions (“Eligible Entrants”).

To remain eligible, members must hold an active, paid FTW PERKS membership at the time of the draw. Members who cancel, suspend, or allow their membership to lapse prior to the draw date will be deemed ineligible, even if they retain site access during their paid period.

FTW PERKS membership includes ongoing memberships and the FTW Guest Pass Membership. Guest Pass holders remain active members until the expiry of their access period and are eligible for giveaways conducted during that period.

2.2 The following persons are ineligible:

(a) Employees, contractors, or directors of the Promoter or related entities;

(b) Immediate family members of the above (spouse, de facto, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, sibling, step-sibling).

2.3 FTW PERKS membership is subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Eligible Entrants will receive automatic entries based on their membership level at the time of entry:

• For Now Membership – 2 entries

• FTW Guest Pass – 3 entries

• For Real Membership – 5 entries

3.2 Bonus entries may apply as welcome promotions or add-ons as specified by the Promoter. Bonus entries are capped at 10 per member per month.

All active FTW PERKS members are automatically entered into the giveaway regardless of bonus entry status. Purchasing bonus entries is not required to enter or win.

3.3 To validate entries, Entrants must:

• Follow the official FTW PERKS Instagram account (@ftwperks); and
  
  

• Hold an active, paid FTW PERKS membership at the time of the draw.

3.4 Entrants who fail to complete these steps may be deemed ineligible to win at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

3.5 New members who subscribe during the Promotion Period will receive entries immediately upon successful membership activation.

3.6 Only one membership per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts or fraudulent signups may be deemed ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.

3.7 All entries are deemed received at the time of confirmation by the Promoter’s database.

4. Prizes and Total Prize Pool

4.1 The total prize pool is valued at AUD $781.99 (incl. GST) and includes:

First Prize:

• Santal Blush Eau De Parfum

• Value: AUD $420.00

Second Prize:

• Daisy London Jewellery Box

• Value: AUD $282.00

Third Prize:

• Hydro Flask

• Value: AUD $79.99

4.2 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.

4.3 If any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to relevant approval.

4.4 If prize items differ slightly from advertised due to supplier changes, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with equivalent items.

5. Prize Draw

5.1 Weekly Prize Draw Dates:

(a) Week 2 Prize: Saturday, 14 February 2026 

(b) Week 3 Prize: Saturday, 21 February 2026 

(c) Week 4 Prize: Saturday, 28 February 2026

5.2 Winners will be selected at random using the online tool Wheel of Names. Prizes will be awarded in reverse order of drawing:

• Week 2 – Third Prize

• Week 3 – Second Prize

• Week 4 – First Prize

5.3 Entry Allocation

Eligible members will receive a set number of entries into each giveaway based on their active membership tier:

• For Now tier: 2 entries

• FTW Guest tier: 3 entries

• For Real tier: 5 entries

Entries are added manually by FTW Perks based on subscription data available at the time of the draw. Only current, paid members are eligible for entry.

5.4 All winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw via the contact details on their FTW PERKS account. Results will also be published on FTW PERKS’ website and/or social channels.

5.5 If a prize remains unclaimed by 6:00pm AEST on Saturday, 14 March 2026, a redraw will be held at 6:00pm AEST on Sunday, 15 March 2026.

5.6 Any redraws will follow the same procedures. Redraw winners will be contacted and announced as per clause 5.4.

6. Jurisdictional Compliance

6.1 South Australia – Residents are excluded from entry due to state requirements.

6.2 All Other States and Territories – To the best of the Promoter’s knowledge and ability, permits are not required for this Promotion, provided it is conducted as a complimentary trade-promotion benefit of membership with fair and transparent processes.

6.3 Verification – The Promoter may verify entrant eligibility, including proof of age and residency. Entrants who falsify information (e.g. entering a non-SA address to bypass the South Australia exclusion) may have their entries cancelled.

7. Partner Giveaways

7.1 FTW PERKS may from time to time collaborate with third-party brands or businesses (“Partners”) to offer Partner Giveaways as part of the monthly prize schedule.

7.2 In these instances, the prize may be provided, fulfilled, or shipped directly by the Partner. FTW PERKS is not responsible for the availability, condition, or delivery timeframe of any prize fulfilled by a Partner.

7.3 Entry into a Partner Giveaway may include additional conditions set by the Partner, including (but not limited to) following their social media accounts or engaging with specific promotional content. Any such conditions will be clearly disclosed at the time of promotion.

7.4 By entering a Partner Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) The Partner is solely responsible for the prize and its fulfilment;

(b) FTW PERKS is not liable for any loss, delay, damage, or dissatisfaction relating to the prize or its delivery;

(c) Any disputes or concerns relating to the prize must be directed to the Partner, unless otherwise stated.

7.5 Partner Giveaways remain subject to all general eligibility and entry terms contained in this document, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion.

8. Prize Fulfilment and Delivery

8.1 Prizes will be shipped via tracked delivery to a nominated residential or business address within Australia. PO Boxes and parcel lockers are not accepted.

8.2 Winners must confirm their delivery address and identification within 10 business days of being contacted. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete details, FTW PERKS will make reasonable attempts to redeliver but may forfeit the prize if unsuccessful.

8.3 Once a prize has been dispatched, FTW PERKS is not responsible for postal delays, courier errors, or damage occurring during transit. Any delivery issues should be raised with the nominated courier or delivery service.

8.4 Prize Substitution & Security of Delivery. If, for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (including supplier delays, theft, damage, or product discontinuation), a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Prizes may also be dispatched directly from a third-party supplier. The Promoter takes reasonable steps to ensure secure packaging and tracked delivery but accepts no liability once the prize has left the supplier or courier’s possession.

8.5 Alternate Fulfilment Methods. In some cases, winners may be asked to collect prizes in person or from a nominated pick-up location. Particularly for high-value or sensitive items. Identification matching the winning membership account may be required for release.

9. Use of Personal Information

9.1 Entrants’ personal information is collected for the purposes of administering the Promotion and future marketing.

9.2 By entering, you consent to this use in accordance with FTW PERKS’ Privacy Policy.

9.3 You can unsubscribe from future communications via the unsubscribe link in any promotional email. Transactional emails relating to the Promotion may still be sent.

9.4 The Promoter uses reasonable security measures, including secure data storage and access control, to protect entrant data. However, entrants acknowledge that no online transmission is entirely secure and provide their information at their own risk.

10. Publicity and Media

10.1 Entrants agree that FTW PERKS may use their name, image, or likeness to promote the Promotion without further compensation, unless they opt out in writing before prize acceptance.

10.2 Winners may be invited to participate in social media content, photos or other reasonable promotional activities.

11. Disqualification and Disputes

11.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entry that:

(a) is fraudulent, misleading or in breach of these Terms;

(b) tampers with the entry process or systems; or

(c) compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

(d) fails to complete all required steps for entry, including but not limited to following the official FTW Perks Instagram account or other conditions of the promotion. 

11.2 Disputes will be resolved in good faith. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to regulatory oversight.

11.3 Prohibited Entry Methods. The use of bots, automatic scripts, or other software to fraudulently increase entries or manipulate the entry process is strictly prohibited. Any entrant suspected of engaging in such conduct will be disqualified without notice and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

12. Liability and Warranties

12.1 General Compliance. These Terms do not affect any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“ACL”).

12.2 General Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, FTW PERKS Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”) and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from entry, participation, or acceptance of a prize. Entrants participate at their own risk.

12.3 Prize-Specific Liability and Warranties. The Promoter is not the manufacturer or supplier of any prizes and does not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Any issues relating to the quality, functionality, or fitness for purpose of a prize should be directed to the manufacturer or original retailer.

12.4 Prizes Purchased by the Promoter. Where the Promoter purchases a product outright (for example, AirPods) and offers it as a giveaway prize, the Promoter does so in good faith and is not responsible for any defect or failure beyond the manufacturer’s obligations under the ACL.

12.5 Partner-Supplied Prizes. Where a prize is provided or fulfilled by a third-party Partner, that Partner is solely responsible for the quality, availability, and delivery of the prize. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the Partner’s prize or services.

12.6 Modified or Resold Goods. The Promoter does not alter, repackage, or modify prizes and provides them as received from the manufacturer or supplier. If goods are altered for presentation purposes, this does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty or any consumer guarantees under the ACL.

12.7 Delivery and Availability. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding delivery timelines or availability of prizes, including where substitutions are required due to supply-chain or stock issues.

12.8 Tax Liability. It is the responsibility of each winner to determine any tax implications that may arise from receiving a prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax liability incurred and recommends that winners seek independent financial advice.

12.9 Trade Promotion Compliance. This Promotion is conducted as a Trade Promotion under relevant Australian state legislation and does not require an entry fee or separate consideration beyond an active FTW PERKS membership. The Promotion complies with the guidelines of the Department of Fair Trading, particularly those relating to promotional lotteries.

13. Force Majeure and Technical Failures

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

13.2 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.

13.3 Complaints may be lodged by email to admin@ftwperks.com. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to consumer affairs or mediation services.

14. Jurisdiction and Platform Disclaimer

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

14.2 The Promotion is not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok or any third-party platform. Entrants release all such platforms from liability.

14.3 Complaints and Disputes Procedure. Entrants may lodge complaints regarding the conduct of the Promotion in writing to admin@ftwperks.com. The Promoter commits to addressing all complaints in a timely, fair and transparent manner. Where necessary, complaints may be escalated to third-party mediation or relevant consumer affairs bodies.
